I've been looking around on the Tools/File Place for it, but all I can find is a generic contract form -Wholesale Purchase & Sale ContractI googled for purchase and sales contract forms, and found one from Texas Real Estate Commission/TREC, which leads me to believe that each state has a semi-official contract form that the RE Commission would use as a standard to do deals.

Many Land Investors are also trying out LandVision these days.For a CRM: There are several generic CRM's (in Real Estate and out) that will do the trick or you could consider a Land Specific CRM (Like pebblerei.com)For Pricing: You can get some price data from DataTree and other data providers but you're going to be best served just using Comp data direct from places like Zillow and Land.comFor Evaluations: If you're looking to do more than just get the price you're going to want a detailed mapping tool like mapright.com Unfortunately, I've never seen an amazing All-in-One software that could really deliver on all these fronts.

You can get a generic proof at first for initial vetting, but you'll want a custom one generated by the insurance company with your name on it right around the time you are ready to sign a contract with them to prove that their insurance is still current at the start of the rehab.Some contractors let their insurance policies lapse during the off season or do other things to save money since paying their policy premium can get expensive.

There was a study done that found that pricing with the numbers 7 and 4 did better than generic pricing.

Some of my generic comments :- the volatility in-home price especially in markets like AZ, NV is driven by too much Ibuyer activity, that activity seems to cause unnecessary market volatility and bidding wars.- While company like Opendoor can raise the money thru diluting previous shares and having no-recourse long-term debt, at this current rate, they may not be able to do business in a reckless way anymore.
