There are two main types of "talkers" out there, ones with big egos who like to tell stories and give bad advice, and ones who want to take your money disguising as Real Estate group leaders and "mentors."

I've met the team leader and the recruiter (obviously) but I'm hoping that there will be plenty of experienced Realtors to talk to.

I religiously Google, etc. everything before I commit.

We've been looking pretty religiously and haven't been able to find anything in our price range, or that produces the #'s were looking for. 

Read books and listen to podcasts religiously.  

She has 5 rentals and she gets a religious check from the gov.

I have been listening to the podcasts and reading the blogs religiously for about a month now.I am working on networking with like minded people here in my area!
