Hi everyone!
My name is Ronald Lou and I am new to BiggerPockets and REI!
I am excited to finally turn up the courage to post an introduction and hoping to gain some feedback from the community.
My fiancé and I have recently dug really deep into REI and is full on dedicated on making this a dream come true. I am originally born and raised from Boston, MA and my fiancé is orginally from San Antonio, TX. Now we reside here in San Antonio with our 3 year old son.
We both currently do not have any real estate background or experience and owned our first house that we currently live in.
We are interested to kick off our REI adventure by house hacking off multifamilies near the downtown area and to turn our current house into a rental property. I would like to know if this niche/strategy will be best suited to start off.
I am up for any advice and feedback from this awesome community!
