Anyways, in the case you do it in person, you only need a passport (or some type of ID), a minimum deposit, health insurance (this one I'm not entirely sure about but the lady that I opened with took mine so I don't know what its needed for), social security number, some other standard types of identification, and you need to sign some paperwork accepting stuff about overdue drafts or setting up options or something.

A lot of costs are not transparent and you need to go through the lengthy offering circulars to learn about other costs.

I actually meant to include this in my original post but it was already getting kind of lengthy. 

I was the same listening to his videos even thought about getting into the program myself but after a few lengthy phone conversations with their sales people it started to sound like i should pass.

Those permit processes can be quite tedious and lengthy, depending on the specifics.
