There is an infinite number of causes but a very finite number of effects.

I'm realizing that are loads of data and an infinite way to interpret them, but at some point I need to take action.  

Maybe more like a manual or a course.Is is a how-to manual or more of a book to be read and then put on the shelf?

This could be appropriate if the deal has been held for the original deal's hold period and a recap can realize the original LP's investment but the GP wants to still manage the deal.One of the best things about this investment strategy is to be able to de-risk the asset via a refi and achieve infinite and compounding returns!

Been sitting on the shelf awhile. 

Even new construction houses will have "off-the-shelf" cabinets, trim and are generally builder grade.  

From what I understand, the shelf life is about 30 yrs max. because chlorine eats through it and this was a $500k duplex on a golf course and beautifully finished.  

You can do that type of deal an infinite amount of times because all the cash comes back.
