Ray Alcorn's Dealmaker Guide

Hi All,

I just joined BiggerPockets! I'm very excited about joining the community. 

Quick question: I've read a lot about Ray Alcorn's Dealmaker's guide and I've heard rave reviews. Any idea were I can purchase a used one from? I'm not looking for a freebie, just the $599 pricetag is a tad out of my price range?

Anyone interested in sharing (for a price) and is it really that good?

@Steven Malcmacher I am not a guru person but I do like Ray Alcorn's stuff. It sounds like you need to focus on coming up with some capital though. In real life and non guru real estate takes money (whether yours or someone elses) Post a picture of yourself tell us about yourself, put a your profile together and network. It will be worth more than all the gurus combined.  Tell people what you have and want to do this is what BP is all about. Hit up @James Wise he is in your area.
