I made my money the old fashioned way: I went down to the courthouse and learned how to research case files.While I may use data aggregators, compiled lists and algorithmic formulae to identify and exploit nano niches, I still rely on my skills at reading the paperwork. 

I'm a wee bit old fashioned but I like to have at least the availability of funds lined up before I purchase project properties.
