Appears to be the same behavior.

I look at the choice I am making to transition to digital as my way to adapt to the changes in consumer behavior.

It was sickening.I'm positive that when Eve agreed to room with this gal they did NOT discuss having daytime/overnight/male guests and what the considerations for privacy and decent behavior would be .

My inner engineer felt the same compulsion, now I don't have to answer. 

It's not always sexy, but if you put your head down, don't let others perceived judgements of you affect your behavior, and do the work you can make great things happen!

Totally appropriate behavior, and very likely a sign of good business skills, not poor ones.The reason I say you are not far apart is that it is obviously POSSIBLE to get contractors to work on your terms, it is equally obviously not EASY.

I did the background check, all came fine but just their behavior was not so great.

Maybe BP its self could create a tag line for those that are marketing and being compensated by TK companies .. so you don't have folks getting the wrong impression of these people like I originally did.. and it did not bring out the best in my behavior as well as I was pretty vocal about it.. and for that I do regret !!!  

There are hundreds of counseling organizations to help borrowers and they still make the worst decisions.From dedicating 50%+ of budget to housing, to renting a house without paying the mortgage on it and pocketing the rent, to having multiple luxury car leases, to taking friends and family advice that "they can't foreclose" and other nonsense...Anyone here can draft a list of borrowers' bad behavior that have absolutely nothing to do with predatory tactics from lenders.
