I dont see anyway that option A is not higher....but you need CF to get to 59.5.Another option is to start taking withdrawals from you 401K to supplement the cash flow gap.

In my experience, and I'd admit I'm not the best investor out there, far from it, real estate is a nice supplemental income, but I don't see that as enough to quit a job.

I think someone also mentioned a triplex, and that might work as well so you can get economies of scale there to supplement the income.
