You have already shown considerable accommodation, but it seems that it may have been to your disadvantage.

Land can accommodate 6-7 32-unit rental apartment complexes.

I am sure any of them can work just fine for any style unit but if anyone uses one that seems to accommodate commercial tenants a little better as well.

There's a hotel shortage right now in Indy which is helpful for STR's with events like Big Ten Championship, NCAA Tournaments, Convention Season and the Indianapolis 500, but there is a huge push for building more hotel accommodations downtown right now, so STR's in Indy might not be a great long-term solution. 

I always TRY to accommodate the tenant when going into the house.

However, I've usually found that if you're in regular communication with the lender, letting them know where you are in the probate process, then they will normally accommodate an extension.Couple of questions though... do you know where you are in foreclosure process compared to probate process?
