The classification gets tougher out in the rural areas because an A class home can be a mile from a C class with no homes in between, so who knows what to classify the area, but my overall experience has been similar.

Use a scale if you like of A to D, although it can certainly mean very different things to very different people, so some reason as to why you classify with.

there are even some conventional loans that might allow this ......if they don't want to be on the loan at all , you will likely need to use options that classify the purchase as an investment property purchase with you being the borrower ( assuming you already own a home ) ..thanks

Find wholesalers in your area, it's really not hard, go on craigslist or check your local newspaper in the classifieds, you will see WE WANT TO BUY YOUR HOUSE.

I'm not going to classify it as male/female but I am more comfortable having my team take care of getting multiple bids, telling the contractors when they don't do a good job, and dealing with late payments from tenants.
