To be fair I haven’t specifically asked my agent to send me properties that have been sitting, I’ve just been seeing how quickly current inventory disappears.

I pay $300/month for this Land and am making $1400 a month with my 4 Sea Cans.I recently found more Land available in my city that is half price!

I'm not kidding.And as far as outpacing taxes/cost of living with more and more income, well, I've just never understood that line of reasoning.

That said, a Roth is also a great way to invest, I've just personally prioritized the 401(k)  because my goal is to rapidly accumulate as much net worth as possible today.

I've just recently completed a buy-fix-sell and hold rentals in Texas, from the Philly market where I'm also actively investing.

I'd rather buy a $30k house than a $100k house because I've just saved $70k.
