Any advice on how to outsource my VRBO account to a property manager?

After reading through each of the responses, I am definitely leaning towards having the snow removal and landscaping outsourced to a professional vendor to mitigate risk. 

I'm finally now wanting to outsource this responsibility to a proper tax professional (CPA, tax attorney, EA, etc).

It makes me sad that the white middle class ala Trump is fighting against the wrong enemy- China outsourcing and Mexican labor. 

However, in FL the site is outsourced by asn online auction company and is only up for a limited amount of time prior to the sale.

You will need to create different systems, outsource processes that you don't want too handle, and overall have to manage everything actively when first getting started.It can be more rewarding to get into the STR industry if you can get your systems/processes down.

How do you make sure things are running as they should when you outsource the management services?

Again, we decided we could better spend our money on our own marketing, which has been outsourced.
