I mean, does that just mean that security is in place and all good, or I need to set up cameras?

So 2 things, 1-good cameras/alarm/lighting, 2-either you become very involved or get a manager and house sitter.

Put on some camera & record him in action.

I am certainly trying to delegate, but when I see a 50% mark up on pest control where the vendor didn't even get into every unit, a plumber charging for 2 hours when my cameras only show him there for 20 minutes, and not noticing a double in water usage from one month to the next, I have to be on top of the PM company.  

Right, you could put the flyer up in front of the camera and do an elevator speech.

As for the news cameras...... that seems to be pretty common place now.
