The huge 30 x 50 metal shop building is great for man cave, tool storage, or a work shop.

I buy the 1 trip new units and use the metal walls from insta container to make the sizes I want for the 20ft double doors on both ends for 2-10ft units or 8ft and 12ft.

My options:- Keep LTR and hire another local PM company, - Keep LTR and self-manage long distance,- Provide to Section 8 but have older metal 1970's windows (but new front door and new central AC) so not sure it will pass inspection, and prefer not to wait the 45-60 days for it to be cleared, - Furnish and convert to MTR.

We dig out the outside cut the hole frame with pressure treated 2x6 then patch the masonary and install metal well.

Going to fabricate some metal heat boxes to place the heating elements in and cover them with lava rocks.
