False, they are an Airbnb host & now have 4 documented stays under their profile fully meeting the referral payout criteria.  

It's absurd and small minded to argue that short term rentals (notice I didn't say "airbnb") decrease property value.

And then there's the issue of homeowners suggesting that Zillow lists false foreclosures.
