You should mark your calender with the day that it happend, so that you can celebrate it every year like christmas or something.

Phelim,  The Fairfield County meet up is normally the last Wed. of the month at 7:00 at Anna Liffey's in Fairfield on the Post Road.  

So, IMO, endorsements aren't that useful for small RE operations from well known celebrities, now if you get an actual client/customer giving their full name, just an average guy, that is more believable, at least to me.

For example, my ranch in San Diego was previously owned by a very famous (and wealthy) business man.5) Have it professionally photographed with people enjoying the benefits of ranch life6) Hire a publicity person to get press releases sent out coordinated with area events and it her announcements.7) Hire a real estate agent linked to celebrities and high profile people.

I applaud your efforts to teach your daughter the basics of FINANCE.My youngest daughter (& RE investor) was recently in a wedding party where the groom (PharmD) belatedly discovered his bride (MBA) had >$45k in student loans.

After read that I open my eyes and stop looking at the though of real estate success as a celebrity and look at it as a real normal person easily accessable.
