I am a professional poker player in LA and had some connections through Hollywood Park Casino (The site of the new LA Rams and the large development) that gave me inclination to invest there.

The downtown area near the casino, falls is located in one of the most scenic areas in US, but almost a ghetto.

I personally was out there gathering information and documents regarding raw Oceanfront property (with permits in place for Hotel Casino and Resort), Acreage for agriculture development (Puerto Rico is blessed with very Fertile Soil), some shopping centers in urban areas and 2 private islands that a broker wants me to help him market here in the States.

I fell in love with the thrill, The hustle, the concept that the limit is sky high.

I also know someone who has a construction loan with them, and he hasn’t been that thrilled with how they handle draws, etc.

I am not thrilled with them writing my home address so often though.
