Rental property in JOLIET IL

Have been looking at some properties in Joliet.... is anyone familiar with this area? How are the tenants? How is the rental market? Ive looked on zillow and there is not much for rent.... is it because they are snatched up so quickly or because no one rents there? Thank you i look forward to your wisdom!

I own 40+ homes in Joliet. They are always rented and when a tenant does move out I will have the property rented within a week.  As for bad tenants - this can happen, but for the most part we have had very good luck.  The eviction process is will county is very easy, as well. The entire process from start to finish is 4-5 weeks.
