Have you had any success outsourcing this?  

I am looking to jump into the vacation condo rental market in the Myrtle Beach area (or anywhere that has a large rental market with plenty of golf courses and ocean front properties).My goal is to create a working formula where I can buy, renovate, hold, and rent a vacation condo with minimum physical work by me (outsource everything, from property management to renovation).

Mike,My advice is to outsource it.

I have it for my company and use if more often for non business related things.As for email - consider outsourcing that too.

Preferably jobs that cannot be easily outsourced or knocked out by a single event.  

Outsourced subcontracting to a number of younger family members who are not license to do construction work in our area.

@Charlie Cameron are you outsourcing a company to run your PPC Ads for buyer leads is what I’m asking.

We are still planning to outsource management for the time being.

I actually have an outsourcer who grabs the bid data for each lien.

Account Closed I recommend you make it a full 50/50 and outsource the rehab so you are not actually doing the work yourself.
