Welcome their referrals and ask them to cooperate with showings, give us times,keep the place neat and send usable current photos (we have photos but this is occasionally useful and puts them in the space of cooperating) 3) let them know when they are in the closing period they should pay that last months rent in full (next month if end of month) we use any vacancy before the next tenant to turn the unit, show if necessary, etc.
