While you can go in and pick the carrier routes with higher average homeowner vs Renter, average income etc, based on census data, it still goes out to everyone - regardless of their status. 

You can focus based on zip codes or carrier routes (a postal designation for an area that is a subset of a zip code), home value and more based on your requirements.

@Shawn Underwood  I have a lap top yes I use it when I travel in hotel rooms and to watch movies on the airplane when the carrier does not have built in TV's for the movies.. its free now took me a year to figure out how to get it on my lap top LOL.. but no I would never use the phone to look at BP screen is too small I don't even like to text or will respond to text messages ..
