I'm looking at making a gross profit of $10k when it's all said and done.Here's the list of things to fix:New floor (at least 2 sheets of plywood to fix some soft spots)New kitchen sink, cabinets, counter tops.New carpet and tile.Fresh coat of paint for the walls and ceiling.New windows.

For that money, they better be properly priming, multiple coats of a great paint product, with proper sheen for the type of area being applied.Personally, I don't do Blinds, and especially in a lower end unit.

Its actually a thicker plastic than a new pit .All the customer saw was a little less than 2 hours work , they dont   " see " the other parts that go in to the job .
