I know that's a little bit far fetched in comparison but still you should ask for $2,000 or $3,000 to get started you go to a certain point you get another $2,000 or $3,000 you get to another point you get another $2,000 or $3,000 that's fair and reasonable and workable and I would think you would get higher volumes with less complaints I mean I don't know the only complaints I've seen is for the people that have paid the $1,000 so I haven't seen anybody that paid 20 and 35 or 50000 complain so maybe it works I don't know but I'm just not the person that jumps off in the deep in without a life preserver not knowing where the bottom is I would still love some coaching and mentoring have a level I can afford so I guess I'll keep looking.

NNN cap rates are lower, so usually a capital preservation move for the wealthy.My comp would be 10yr treasury yields.

Sounds like you have a preservation co. contact, but trying to buy them before they list them is an absolute waste of time.

You could preserve capital for other investments by going with a lower down payment program as mentioned (a popular route for many real estate investors) or load into the property with a higher down and increase cash flow and maybe plan to own it free and clear in a short time (sort of a Dave Ramsey type real estate investing).
