Foreclosed homes before they are listed

I have a way of getting a list of foreclosed homes, knowing who the lender is, and LEGALLY being able to access the properties before they are put on the market for sale. I am continually getting new properties monthly from my source. I would love ideas on how to obtain these properties from the banks before they are put on the market.

My background: have been a mortgage loan originator for over 8 years. Currently own a few rentals. Have done a couple fix and holds.

I am just looking for someone interested in sharing some insight and maybe making some money with me along the way.

Thanks
