We manage awe Alert all pm activities for landlordS and even PM Companies as outsource .It would benice to ShaRe IDEAS.D.

Even if you plan on managing them yourself, your time is worth something and going into it with this thought in mind means that if you need to outsource this you have already accounted for the costs right up front.

The Mortgage Office is good for loan servicing if you are not outsourcing, but also very expensive to set up.

Paul it depends on who owns the property.FDIC,Equity buyer,Local bank,Regional Bank,National Bank,CMBS security loan.Is the bank handling internally or outsourcing the loan??

I rather outsource this task to someone with more experience in this field than me.

Not a big fan of Hubzu as it seems all the administrative activities were outsourced to India thus making closings a mess.  

But once you move past the 10-15 door range, it makes more sense to outsource the management.
