Disappointed that this discussion started to get a little personal.....no need to start attacking one another....its one thing to have a good solid discussion...its another to purposely make the other person feels stupid or their opinion worthless.....Would the tenant win this in court in CA?

People who keep their life savings in a bank account paying 0.01% interest are going to be disappointed when they retire years or decades later because the purchasing power of their money will not have kept up with inflation.But precious metals are not the only way to hedge against inflation.

Emphasis on high speed...rentals with slow internet speed always disappoint guests.

Plus anyone that thinks that housing will fall off a cliff and investors can go around cherry-picking houses for pennies on the dollar like 2008-2010 is probably going to be disappointed.

I am shocked and disappointed how many obvious items housing advocates seem to miss or be unaware of.
