I did drivebys yesterday and oddly enough about 1/3 of the 7 properties I drove by had been demolished...were gone (even Google Earth still showed a house ....which could be 2-3 years old  :) )

He is down to earth and works with multiple companies (At least Foremost and Great Lakes, and probably others). 

@John Pruner Wow, after reading your personal financial situation I have to ask: why on earth would you do a risky out of state deal with someone you don't know with money you don't have in a place you haven't been?

Sometimes I may get carried away and he brings me back down to earth, but at the same time I feel like I am bringing him up as well!

How on earth do you decide what to ask for and is there a fee for each category or just for the list when finished?

One night I was looking at google earth around the neighborhood and noticed a large building on the other side of the halfway house.  

I plan on building and strengthening relationships with a focus on my mission...My Personal Mission Statement:I will work hard to help and respect all things on Earth through honesty, confidence and joy.

Google Earth is a great mapping tool and also has the advantage of "Street View".
