Alot of the issue is people flying to close to airports making it a hazard, and photographers buzzing over celebrities homes trying to get pictures.

Neighbours have thanked me many times for turning it around and how smoothly I ran it.I take no crap from any tenant, you are building a culture and if they sense your weak they will push you.

So enjoy this, celebrate it, be smart and be humble.
