Since I’m demolishing my houses I don’t really care how destructive the sampling is as the end result is removing the material and bagging it up and putting it into the dump.

and because on the inside I actually do care about others, even their noses, instead of simply throwing out or burying my fish guts (attracts the coyotes yes, right here in the city), I freeze them until trash day, in a bag and right next to my frozen pizza.

TENANT(S) also acknowledge that they take FULL responsibility for their receptacles and should there become an issue with trash company taking any of the trash because of and not limited to: an overweight bag, someone else dumping trash in your bin, non-municipality bags, etc… than TENANT(S) accept full responsibility for the costs associated with rectifying the issue.

The smell may be from leaking garbage bags being hauled down the hallway.If it's carpet maybe replace it with an easier to clean material, and scheduled some regular cleanings (as often as needed).This might be a fix vs trying to compete with the stink with a sweet smell.If you do this, be sure whatever you choose is temperature stable dimensionaly for your hallway micro climate.Good Luck!

Two days later they discharged her from the program and left me holding the bag in now having to evict her, which is not going to be easy because although I can get her out for noise complaints it is not easy nor quick.
