Jude, Ford, and FedEx are pouring even more money into the city currently. 

Open to rent ,owner finance, lease option , or just plane old fashion sale.

I'm planing on building small cabins or putting in RV lots.

.$2000 if you have to hop a plane and pay for transportation, food, hotel while you clean the unit. 

I want a quieter City with lots of beaches and its Summer or Spring all year round with only a Wet or Dry Season and a shorter plane ride from Miami.

If I found myself in LA and had enough cash, Id buy a plane ticket somewhere else😂

That doesn’t work for me as my career keeps me busy and the last thing I want to do is jump on a plane to go half way across the country worrying about a few properties.  

I have to stick with my prop plane you on the other hand could learn to fly this no problem.
