My typing finger got ahead of thinking.

I'm new to the forum (this is my first post) and I have to say it has been an excellent source of information regarding things of the real estate nature, and also in general.I'm currently a college student, should be done with an engineering degree in a year (cross fingers) and would eventually like get into real estate.

My kids never lifted a finger unless it was for money, all they ever cared about me was for my money and when they could get it.

If tank is still full and nobody flushed its fine,,,if empty its leaking more than you thought.With our harder water, some deposits,,,I have good luck flushing the stool and taking my finger to where flapper seats and de scum that,,,also edge of flapper where it seals.

Fingers numb?

I just put in an offer on my first property, fingers crossed!  

Your fingers will freeze before clicking the send button, and you'll doubt your decision a millions time after you send your offer.

No other fiber cement company finishes their own siding, so the finishers and manufacturers tend to point fingers if there is an issue. 

It's not much of a strategy, but keep your fingers crossed that you get a good one.
