Not without stumbling across a VERY motivated seller willing to sell for pennies on the dollar.

But if and when you go to sell it and the buyer wants an FHA loan that's where you'll run into a stumbling block.Also if the home has been moved from its original situs and relocated to a private lot/parcel you will not be able to obtain an FHA guaranteed loan.

I'm very familiar with firearms, but outside that, I don't know what types of weapons are legal and what types are illegal...my guess is that most are legal, even if you don't want your local police force stumbling upon them while executing a search warrant

I am mainly looking to find and have found some residential properties but just stumbled across some really good commercial deals in the Arlington, Tx area and was wondering what these types of buyers are looking for.
