I used to host lunch & networking meetups (i.e. no speaker presentations or sales pitches) twice a month in the Burien, SoDo, and Renton areas, although our biggest ones were in Bellevue and Redmond (~50-75 RE investors). 

They meet twice a month now - online Zoom meetings due to the pandemic - with one meeting on the first Thursday of the month for beginners open to anyone, and another meeting on the third Thursday that has a guest speaker/topic for just members.
