You're talking about owning the land outright and having significant cash reserves to even get a conversation started.Then once you overcome that hurdle (there are loan products out there that make this easier) you'll most likely see that new construction is expensive.

What have you done as an Agent to overcome and push through the sale with a positive attitude when working with a bully agent.
