My friend's landlord in NJ just added "Tenant shall be responsible for repairs caused by tenants including wear, tear, and everyday usage" to their lease renew, I am wonderingIs this legal and will it hold up in court?

That being said if the animal is found to be acting in an inappropriate manner it may be asked to leave a setting where a service animal would normally be allowed. https://www.ada.gov/service_an...I can’t say for sure but it seems like your insurers would not legally be allowed to cancel you based on a breed of a service animal.
