Don't open them unnecessarily was the biggest lesson.c. hand powered generator back ups for the long crisis where your first line generator runs out of gas.d. the plethora little energy suckers in our houses now, stand by features on electronic devices, electric clocks, leaving charging cables for phones etc plugged in all the time, those are the ones I can remember.

I number the applications as they come in (I use electronic apps unless someone wants to fill it out on paper right on the spot) and screen them in order.

Most of offer and closing documents can be handled electronically these days so that should not be an issue.Finding good deals could be the biggest hurdle.

Taxes are filed electronically in beginning Feb. 2013 already came through and processed with transcript available but not 2014 even though submitted the same time.Lender will not close without my 4506T.

First of all, major retailors charge thousands for furniture and electronics they have manufactured over seas for pennies and I did emphasize on the "over priced" crappy 10k necklace zales sold me for over 1.5k that probably amounted to 40$ in gold weight.

If I had electronic access to all the HUD-1 statements, I would post the fees, etc., but those are confidential to the selling/buying parties.

I'd replace the breaker, I don't suggest you try as it seems you aren't comfortable with electrons running through wires.
