This is easily accomplished if you want to be using your phone or you can just program the time and date into your camera 

She actually didn't put up any fight and when I got the unit back I went in with a camera just in case but it was in pretty good shape- she got most of her deposit back even!  

When you go back, bring someone with you and a camera.

One more hint... remember, there are inexpensive Motion activated cameras you can buy (some with audio) to record such activities (dumping, bottles, noise, etc).  

Have on hand a tape measure, disinfectant wipes, camera, pens, small tool box, first aid kit.6.

Security cameras on the front door sides and back of the home all outside, this protects your property and it could save a kid from trouble if they are blamed for something they didn't do away from the home.

None of her neighbors have seen her (I believe this has much do to with the fact she stole the wallet of #5 and she was caught on camera using #5 credit card on camera)I've tried to contact her and her mobile phone is no longer in service.

If you are receiving  cash payments you should have a camera in the office or two, one aimed at the door, and one directly over the desk where cash is being counted. 

If there are weaknesses or this is an ongoing issue, put up surveillance cameras or bright lights to deter future crime.
