I too am fairly new myself, however, I have been extremely active in trying to get my first flip,  I am extremely happy to announce that I have finally had an offer accepted and am going to start my flip in about a month as she evidently needs time to move out.  

Also if it’s a jumbo, those haven’t been pricing out lately with rates increasing and Fannie Mae announcing llpa (loan level pricing adjustments) on second homes earlier this year.
