They are too complex for many tenants, they are possibly less secure than a standard lock, and the increased technology means increased problems that are hard to fix.

Not sure how much AI they were using, but certainly some kind of predictive models.I think there is probably some room for technology improvements and AI enhancements.   

We were also named Boston's top startup of 2019, and to HousingWire's Tech100 list, recognizing the 100 most innovative technology companies in the real estate industry. 

As well I am able to bring to bear resources which a sub-contractor can not afford, such as structured production systems, technologies and software systems, all which improve productivity and again reduce costs.And "Gross Sales" as in meaning gross sales for the supply store, still yet again, I spend that several times over annually and I am a small family owned business, with each project starting around 20k in material costing its real easy and quick to hit 400, 500k in materials.

Tenant fills it out, gives it to their bank, and payments go from their account to yours.Is your Tenant afraid of technology?

others might not be too technologically savvy - I have some sellers who even struggle with docusign.
