Look for New Opportunities Side Hustle

I'm Adriana, 22 years old, from Chicago. I just graduated with a Construction Management degree this past May. I now work for a big GC. I'm very passionate about construction and have been studying Real Estate on the side. I'm eager to learn more and start a side hustle. I have a background in Project management and making sure projects get done on time and on budget.
Any Advice on the next step I should take? I want to become a powerful female in the construction and real estate industry. I'm not completely sure where to start, what side business should I start? I would love to Connect with Anyone who has a similar background and is now a full-time Real estate investor.
