So, you could tackle it that way.As to radon, I'd simply tell a tenant I didn't want that since the house is uninhabitable, they will have to leave.

So there are 2 points to tackle here.  

If so, tackle that while you're waiting for the first tenant to leave.

There are certain things you want someone licensed to tackle.

I was ready to tackle the learning experience of investing out of my area.
