Over the past year we have focused our vision and have slowly started to implement our plan.We are currently working with our attorney on our 1st PPM to deliver to investors in the next 30 days.

What's your goal/vision? 

Timing is critical in REI, even though no one really has the crystal ball.It comes down to vision, gut feeling, and your own risk taking.I moved to sf Bay Area from Boston in 2003.

Is there a vision that any others will become shareholders (or be granted grant options to acquire shares) in the company in the future?

For many years I've longed to be involved in real estate, but didn't have vision, knowledge, and frankly the money to pursue those dreams and put action into it.

It takes a larger vision in order to look at multi-million dollar properties. 

My husband found all 3 of our properties; he's great at finding the deals and has the vision to see a property's potential...he's willing to take a risk.

They are tired of earning .1% in their savings acct and have long-term vision.  

If they just kept after it after that 1st flip or 1st rental and had a longer term vision, they'd probably be successful.

@Daniel Sanniti between the feasibility study (will give you an idea of what’s renting in your local market), the metal/door supplier (a company like trachte building system) and your vision of what the building should look like (might need an architect for that) you can get a estimate of what your unit mix should look like for best profitability on your investment.
