My belief though is the rent and value will go up.  

To answer your question, with proper planning, YES - you can generate enough cash flow in syndication deals.In our current market though, my belief is to focus on solid cash flow deals, be prudent and financially disciplined in underwriting (financial analysis).

It is my belief, that once the downward bell is rung, we will see the 2007 debacle again.

People have a misguided trust of people just because they are on a podcast. 

If anyone is telling you it can not be hacked or manipulated, they are lying or misguided. 

@Phil Wells personally I think all of this talk about leaving the city is a bit misguided.

Then the posts start coming , with backup info and reasons for the belief.

Comparing a place of residence for a family to that of a purchase of food at Walmart is misguided and dangerous thinking.

But it is my belief that now is a great time to start picking up some really good bargains.
