I have trial in Fairfax County this Friday, November 15th and my initial hearing was two Fridays ago, November 1st.Anyway, my situation/question is, I have three tenants living in a shared-living environment in one of my townhouses, the person I am attempting to evict is my newest tenant and moved in last May, he actually pays rent the 1st of every month, if not before that, so payment is not the issue but he has caused a fruit fly infestation and firehazard in his room/the house as a result of leaving food out and hoarding.

I've found a pretty good niche for myself in my own little city but I feel like I shouldn't put all my eggs in one basket and I know I need to work on new things in new places in order to learn and grow more...but this uncertainty is killing me.
