So I have the potential to purchase a property with 3 units on 5 acres, which includes a ton of fruit trees that are taken care of by outsourced farmers (small check to owner).

If I was not already prepped with some knowledge of investing, my meetup with that old college friend would not have been as fruitful as it was.

I've found a pretty good niche for myself in my own little city but I feel like I shouldn't put all my eggs in one basket and I know I need to work on new things in new places in order to learn and grow more...but this uncertainty is killing me.
