Fancy! 

I have found that many love to pontificate, have fancy titles on their cards but know little to nothing. 

Wedding dresses were going for 17.00 dollars each!!

Dress up the driveway side of the little shed with a rustic bench, maybe a fake window & flower box.

I'm sure there are other options but I saw a couple pics online and really thought it would make us stand out. it currently has an old fabric awning that we will be replacing with metal that will dress up the front for sure.

Most 4400 square foot houses are pretty fancy in that area, but ours was an 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom regular house that was used for our 4 kids and 4-6 foster kids.

It is amazing what that and some brushed nickel hardware and pulls will to to dress up some cabinets.

. - think VERY SERIOUSLY about college. education is very important  but not all education is created equal. you will NOT need a fancy school or a degree to be a successful investor, state or community college might be just enough to learn basic principals and critical thinking.

And here’s the key, don’t make them all fancy.
