Light and bright, earth tone colors are tasteful to the majority and provide the effect you need to get the maximum amount for your flip.

Jesus did teach on money on many occasions, telling us to store up treasures that will make an ETERNAL difference, not just treasures on earth.

This forum is a wonderful community of down to earth folks truly looking to help each other.

If the market is reliant on supply and demand, with return being a measure of risk; how on earth could these deals be available in such high numbers with substantially higher returns unless the market was indicating that supply currently outweighed demand and that there is inherently more risk with an investment  of that nature?
