Anyone willing to a gamble on Englewood being "great again" (within 4-8 years)?...

It is a gamble to say the least.

I gambled and told them NO---that he owed that amount and I was not willing to settle for less.

The pictures were beautiful and the listing looked nice but not as authentic as the original.

That neighborhood is kind of a gamble because the perceived value is based on the Almono development actually happening.

It is akin to gambling and investors are not gamblers.

I Started rehabbing in 2000 with almost no help from the internet even though I had been online since 1993 (just my mentioning of Compuserve and American Online authenticates my historical context :) ) - Thought REI was about rehabbing as I was taking my earnings from computer networking (a final frontier before REI imo) and plunging it into rehabs but couldn't seem to financially justify living off of it until I found CRE in 2002-2003.

I'm saying I'd gamble on that but it sure is a shame your neighbors are scum and not responsible pet owners.

But recently it's taking a toll on me psychologically and I'm wondering if gambling is really for me but either if I keep playing poker or not I need to find something more productive to do with my earnings.
