Does look like a nice area but I was surprised to find that the higher end real estate was not overlooking the river and the river appears to be on a high bluff?

I've been hosting in the Oak Park area of Sacramento for the last 1.5 years and it's been amazing.

Not excellent, like those in Hoover, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills, or the Oak Mountain area, but still good quality with adequate funding.

They all  bluff. 

I had several squirrels that after I trimmed limbs would make a 10 ft or more running jump to hit roof so had to cut limbs back more and take one oak out.
