Does anyone have recommendations for a good property manager for SFR and MF in Hattiesburg, MS?

In MS, for example, that's not too far off from the median home value in some places and you'd have no problem.  

Cordova, Bartlett and east memphis A few minutes away are Southaven, olive branch and hernando in Mississippi Also Little Rock in Arkansas is supposed to be great for multi family

I think there is some irrational thoughts on BP that you can go from missing a payment to foreclosure in a nano second.. that simply does not happen.. its a long and slow process in MOST jurisdictions.. some states its quite fast  MO  GA  TX MS  can all be done in 90 days.. 

Or when I thought I would go to Mississippi with some cash .. boy did the locals school me on that one..
